I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
I initially obtained a Psychology degree from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and then went on to complete a Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy in CCPE, London, where I worked for over 16 years.
I am a member of BACP and UKCP.
I have also completed my training in EMDR , a recognised approach to process traumatic experiences.

I offer therapy with an integrative approach, connecting with your particular needs in order to challenge the limiting beliefs that might be holding you back from fully realising your potential in life.

Talking to a therapist might be the first step towards understanding and changing negative repetitive patterns, overcome traumatic experiences or resolve a crisis that feels too heavy to process on your own.

You will find a warm, caring, non judgemental space where you can talk and be fully listened to.

I work with individuals suffering from a diverse range of issues, such as anxiety, relationship issues or family issues, life crisis , divorce, separation, career change, low self esteem, depression, etc.
