I booked a complete gynecological check up with Dr. Bianchi in Barcelona. She was very dedicated and professional, I felt at ease and in good hands.
The check up included Pap Test, ultrasound and breast visit, all of which she did with with maximum care and without being harsh. I appreciated her strong empathy, she made me talk about my doubts and answered all my questions in a simple and comprehensive way.

Desafortunadamente me tocó visita con esta doctora por la seguridad social.
Acudí por un herpes genital con el volante de urgencia ( en el que se indicaba claramente el diagnóstico), la doctora insistió en que no se trataba de herpes y me recetó un antibiótico, que evidentemente no me sirvió de nada, más bien me hizo mas daño que otra cosa. Volví para la visita de control y entonces dijo " ah sí, es un herpes" y me recetó el aciclovir.
Además de la falta de preparación y profesionalidad, el trato fue muy malo y hasta se permitió unos comentarios bastante inoportunos e irrespetuosos
Terrible speriencia . Desaconsejo de corazón.

Lamento no se haya sentido cómoda pero a veces el herpes no se vee de inmediato y no es cuestión de preparación que siempre actualizo. Espero podremos mejorar la comunicación la próxima vez.

Dr.Bianchi is excellent doctor, professional and human. I was seen promptly and she was very professional and caring. She answered all the questions about my concerns and she diagnosed me correctly. I am very pleased with her and look forward to seeing her again for my next visit.

Sorry for belated answer. I thank you for your comment. I always try to do my best

1° time - she was suggested by another doctor who gave me her number, I sent her a message saying, "Hi, etc.. I have been monitoring for years my red cycle and I am in very bad conditions, I have all the symptoms of premenstrual dysphoric disorder, PMDD - she didn't even reply!

2° time - I booked a visit with her for a general control, casually it was her from my private health insurance - I told her the same, she just ignored it saying it could be something else, that sickness is difficult to be diagnosed. That is an invalidating depression! She didn't even ask any questions or ask for exams to go deeper. Nothing.

3° time - I had candida, she saw it during the visit, she said nothing, she didn't even call me for the results when it was proven, I knew when I got back to her in person for my results - she didn't give me any medicine!

I went to another doctor, she saw again candida and immediately prescribed medicine that solved the problem.

Bad experience.

I’m very sorry for your experience.I didn’t receive your message you are tolking at the beginning so i didn’t answer. Then I don’t receive the results so i didn’t call you. You need to book a visit to see results. About Candida is a very frecuent infection and if the patient doesn’t have simptoms is better don’t treat it for protect to medecin’s resistance. The same menstruation can give it away. Hope to see you next time.
